El Nino Mexican Restaurant

My wife and I went there yesterday for the first time. OMG the food was amazing! I noticed a few people leaving bad reviews. I don't understand there reviews. One person said the rice wasn't real Mexican rice? Well having been to Mexico myself many times I can confidently say that rice was authentic and really really good! The wait for our food was not bad, we did wait slightly longer then and average restaurant, but I honestly believe that was because everything was being made fresh and not microwaved. Great place I will defiantly be coming back!

I had the soup and oh my it was amazing! The biggest bowl I have ever seen and amazing flavor, mom and I decided we would definetly split it next visit, loved the salsa and queso! Out waiter was great also, made a mistake on nephews order but was quick to fix it! No complaints, and for how busy they were ( we were in town for a tournament and saw a few larger groups from the tournament also) they served us drinks, order all quickly. Will hopefully be back! We live a ways away but if we return for a tourney nearby we will definetly make the trip!

Excellent Service! Excellent Food! Fresh Guacamole and the Tamales taste like my Meema's! I highly recommend!

My wife suggested that we should eat dinner here. I am glad we did. The chips and salsa were amazing. Probably the best homemade salsa I've ever tasted. We ordered the combination fajitas for two. Beef, chicken, and shrimp. They were delicious as well. Our waitress was great. The amount of food was generous too.

I would give 10 plus stars if I could! Thank you, Erica, for the amazing service and compliments to the chef! I'm not gonna lie, when we pulled up to the restaurant, I didn't have high hopes, but man, was I surprised! Everything was handmade, the chips, salsa, and even the tortillas. And every single bite was fantastic. The fajita meat was full of amazing flavor, tender, juicy & cooked to perfection, and the Mexican Corn & Mexican Potatoes everyone must try! I can't rave enough about this place! The atmosphere, the food, and the service were outstanding! Definitely our new favorite go-to when we're in town!

The atmosphere is a little on the cheaper side, but this isn't meant to be a 5-star, upscale restaurant. The food and service were both excellent. Never had to raise our hands to ask for anything. Our waitress was always on top of everything and kept our glasses full and hot, fresh tortilla chips coming. Definitely give this place your business. We will definitely frequent El Nino when we have a hankering for good Mexican food. Oh, yes...the portion sizes are amazing. I couldn't finish all the food on my plate.

We went after trick or treating main st. They were super busy. Many servers checked to make Sure we would be seated soon. Our server for our table was so amazing, patient, nice and busy! We had a full table and she did so good making sure we all had full cups and our food as quickly as possible keeping us full on chips and tortillas. The food was AMAZING. I was obsessed and craving it still! I finished all my food and I am not one to do that. Every bite was so delicious! I highly recommend El Nino!
